Angel Recording Studios is to close at the end of this year - wow! This has been one of London’s premier studios for as long as I have been singing for a living! So many precious memories - including recording the 1st ADIEMUS CD ‘Songs Of Sanctuary’ with Miriam Stockley and discovering that wonderful sound together as well making many CD recordings with the fabulous Royal Philharmonic Orchestra like ABBAphonic, SOUNDS OF THE 60s and The Best Of Bond.
I’ve been lucky enough to work there for a couple of days last week with iconic band Nightwish and will be there again this week with the wonderful Yusuf Islam. Will that then be the last time I wonder…?
