Later this month I am thrilled to be back in the studio to record a CD of classic romantic songs with the RPO and Graham Bickley, arranged and conducted by Richard Balcombe. It has been a year since I was last in the presence of a live orchestra - and to be recording songs by Gershwin, Kern, Porter, Ellington, Rodgers and Hart et al is such a wonderful privilege!
Rehearsing has been a challenge in Lockdown but thanks to some creative use of technology we have actually enjoyed the process it is exiting to be involved in a project that will lead to real live concerts!
